I m been married to irish citizen but i live uk .i been married for 4 yrs when can i apply for indifinte to remain.

Can some1 help with my question.. would be highly appricated.. I need to when do i qualify for lndifinate remain to leave. Been married for 4 yrs to irish citizen.

What is your visa status? Is it EEA FM Residence Permit or are you under the UK Immigration visas?
