My friend got Letter from HO ISE.343

Hi I need urgent help, Today my friend got a letter from Ho where it said he has failed to report to Bucket house Enforcement Office. Actually he moved his house, so maybe he missed another letter. He knows some one who is living there, he gave this letter to him.So now he has already missed two days to report.Can anyone say what is ISE.343 letter? Thanks

If the Foreign national offenders (FNO) fails to report the contact management team (CMT) must issue a warning letter to the FNO who has failed to comply with their reporting restrictions. The letter (ISE.343) warns them of the possibility of
detention if there is a further failure to report.

it is actually a warning letter when you miss a reporting.
