Yesterday I went to two different PO and staff member were saying a different story and luckily one senior lady was there who understood me after I gave a copy of the guidance.
Wrong - Both passport and documents will be delivered by DX.The staff said the British passport will come in normal mail and but the return documents (Old passport and Registration certificate) will be in signed for delivery.
Good luck with the complaint. If people stop using it, they'll either end it or make it better. That is the only time they'll do it. TBH, why would they spend millions on training staff when they make so little profit from it? They'll rather scrap it.tehminamazher wrote:Thanks Khurshid,
Looks like Post Office needs to train their staff or just end their passport checking service as instead of giving right information their staff is giving wrong information and adding more confusion.
Once I receive the passport I will officially lodge my complain to the PO authorities.
Thanks again for clarification.
