info needed regarding EC

Hi
My HSMP has been approved & i'm planning tp apply for EC by this weekend.
As of now, i do not have a job at UK.
regarding finances, i have around 2.5 lacs in my account & i own a car, its present worth is around 3 lacs & in addition i have around a lac in my PF account. so if i liquidate all these, i 'll have 7 lacs available with me. is it enough to apply for EC without a job?
