Will all appeal right withdrawn from April 2015?

I am going to apply ILR for my wife and a baby on coming June this year. But I read in the news paper that HO is withdrawing all kinds of appleal right from the next month. If it is so what about in the case of ILR application. If it is refused will there be any appeal right be given or not?

shoul I apply now for them? they are living with me for the last 2 years and 9 months where 1 year was as a dependant of a PSW visa holder. Visa issued before July 9 2012. I got my ILR nearly three years ago. I have applied for naturalisation about two months ago. No decission has yet been made.

A few months ago I wrote about them in this forum in which two of senior members gave positive decission. But at that time I could not apply due to some personal issues. Now I want to apply but thinking where rule has changed or not?

you are correct. Appeal will be closed for most of the routes. you can request for Admin Review. Also you may apply for Judicial Review
