Spouse visa - need urgent advice

Hello everyone,

I'll be applying for spouse visa in next couple of weeks time. I just want to know;

1) what documents I need to provide them alongside my application?

2) also I've got Ielts which I'll be presenting a English language test, I've got 6.5 in Ielts my question is will it be acceptable after 5th of April 2015?
