ILR Application for dependent ( Wife and Kid)

Hi There,

I am a bit confused around what Form i should use for applying ILR for my wife and Kid

Situation:-
1. I got my ILR in March 2014, due to some reason we are not able to apply for my wife and Kid ILR that time
2. My wife and Kids is living with me for last 6 years with me in UK
3. My wife and Kid are on Tier 2 General Dependent visa which is expiring May 2015

My question:-
1. Which form i should use for application?
2. Some forums says Set (O) in that case what will be the details on Primary applicant as i have already got ILR last year

Set(O) with wife details in main applicant section and child in dependent section.
