Entry Clearance for HSMP dependents

Dear All,

Please let me know If we require to fill seperate Entry clearance Form for each dependents (wife and kids) while filling my EC application

Whether fee is required to deposit for each dependent seperately??

A seperate VAF1 form for each depenedent and seperate fee for each dependant is required
