Hi friends i got refused my EEA2 in August 2014 (HO VISITED OUR HOUSE AND WE BOTH WERE AT WORK AND SOME ONE FROM OUR HOUSE WHO DIDN'T KNEW US TOLD THEM THAT WE DON'T LIVE HERE) and they send refusal letter that its marriage of conveyance . i appealed same week and got date for hearing 5 march 2015(6 months). But 1 week before hearing the court send us a letter that my hearing is adjourned until August 2015(again 5 months) due to lack of court time
now because its too long and we dont want to wait , me and my wife are really stressed.we are thinking to reapply with more evidences .
is it possible?
what will be the negative effect on my case ?
is there any other similar cases where people got visa ?
do we have to withdraw our appeal ?
how long it will take after reapplying?
