How many Set(o) forms?

How many Set(o) forms?

Hi,

I am applying for ILR with 2 dependents(wife and a 3 yr old daughter).
Do I need to fill one set(o) form for each one of us; or, one form for the main application will do?

One form, you include your dependents on the main applicant form.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
