hi all
will my baby be allowed to get in board (plane) without
her passport but with her birth certificate and with
her parents ?

I am not 100% sure, but I don't think so.

A birth certificate is not a travel document.

Baby need a valid passport to travel. Without passport the airline will not allow the baby on board.
There is only exception, in some countries the baby is endorsed on the mother's passport so if this is the case than the baby can share mother's passport to travel.
