Earliest Date to Apply Long Resident ILR

Hi Friends,

Finally, this year hopefully I will apply for ILR 10 years long resident basis. Now, I am little confused earliest date when I can apply.... Some says after 10 years in UK, some says 28 before 10 years in UK, some 28 days before 10 years of UK Visa permit.....So, really confused.... My scenario as follows :

1. I got UK Student Visa on 14 August 2005 in my home country.
2. I entered in UK on 27 August 2005
3. I was in Student visa, then PSW, and currently Tier 2 which will expire on 1 December 2016.


So, when earliest date I can apply ??? Please let me know....
