Sales & marketing director on tier 2

Hi

I am on tier 2 general visa. I think we can take additional job for 20hrs per week at same NQF level so can I work as sales & marketing director (NQF 6) as my additional job for 20hrs per week In a company where I hold 50% shares but hasn't got tier 2 from same Company.

I went thru whole policy guidance it just states you can't hold more then 10% shares for a company sponsoring you. Other then that it doesn't says anything about shares so my assumption is we can have shares in any other company for any %. Also technically sales & marketing director is an employment not self employment coz I wold work for the company.

Kindly guide me on above situation as its very confusing. I have spoken to few solicitors all have different say.
