I just want to know is life in the test and ielts is changing after 6 April 2015.Do I need to give different exams for citizenship after 6 April 2015?

No changes in the Life in the UK Test.

As with the English tests, there is a new list effective from 6 April 2015. The old list is titled selt transitional and will still continue to be accepted until 5 November 2015.

I believe IELTS would still be accepted for Citizenship purposes.

No changes in the life in the UK test. Usually the official test page would say that the test is getting updated prior to the introduction of the new test. Meanwhile you can try a 2015 sample test here
