Do I need to provide the photocopy of EVERY passport page?

Hi All:

I am going for PEO ILR next week based on Tier-1 (G) and have one question:

Do I need to provide the photocopy of EVERY passport page or the front page and UK visa pages would suffice ?

You don't need that. Just front and last page would do.
