URGENT NEED HELP !!!EU form/ JOB

Hi everyone

I am from England and my husband is from Morocco (Non-Eu) I am currently exercising my treaty rights( Its soo hard wow ) I just wanted to know how many months do I have to
work to apply for the EU 1 card for my husband as I have all the documents
and just one payslip.Plus how many months do I need to work
to apply under the surinder singh route.

If you are currently working in Ireland and have it documented your husband can apply straight away, even if it has only been a month.

Note that if he is currently outside of Ireland he will need to apply for a visa to come here before he can apply for a residence cards.
