Tier 2 general RLMT query

My wife is working in Tier 2 ICT dependent visa in UK. Her employer has agreed to sponsor for Tier 2 general and advertised for conducting RLMT.

In the advert, it is mentioned as 'competitive salary and benefits offered'. Will that be sufficient to meet home office requirement.

There is no mention about salary range in the advert.

Can anyone please clarify ?
