Child Born in India to ILR patents

Hello someone please help. I tried many website but couln't get a clear answer, if anyone gone through the same situation/ know the answers please help.....

My wife and I gor ILR, my first child born in UK and got BC. now my second child born in India the questions are:
1. Does my second child can apply for British Citizenship from India?
2. if not, What is the entry route for the second child to come and live with me in UK?
3. If it’s a Visa route, which is the appropriate Visa type?
4. What are the documents required?
5. What is the amount of maintenance fund required?
6. Once the child is in UK, when can I apply for a British citizenship for the child?
7. What is the procedure to apply for the British citizenship?
