Hi manci
I am in tier 2 ICT short term visa for 1 year. Can I apply for new ICT short term visa with my same sponsor for without cooling period for different project or same project?

no, the only way to avoid cooling off would be to apply in the T2 ICT Long Term Staff category (min salary currently £41k but increasing from 6 April).
