Hi all,
Please i need good advice on my situation.I came to the UK in 2010 on a student visa which expired in 2012.Prior to the expiry,i made an EEA family member application in september 2012 but it was refused in may 2013 in which my visa had already expired.I appealed against the decision but unfortunately i had some misunderstanding with my partner and so we broke up.Eventually i had to withdraw the appeal(stated for feb 2014) since my partner was not available.
Now i met a single lady with limited leave to remain(10 yr route) because she had a british child.We started living together from march 2014 and now we had a baby together january 2015.My question is can i be granted discretionay leave on the basis that we leave together as a family unit?please please please advise

You could do, outside the rule, as you do not meet the requirement of appendix FM, and the relationship with this lady does not appeal to have lasted for a period of 2 years yet.

Possible, but will involve had work. They will consider the best interest of your child and the British Child in the family.
