Change of employer - is RLMT required for same SOC code?

Post by ann771 » Fri Mar 27, 2015 1:07 pm

Hello everyone

I tried to find the correct information myself without success am afraid, was wondering if you guys can help! I am on T2 ( Gen) since 2011 and extended last year with same employer for same SOC code. Now, I have a job offer from a potential employer who already have T2 A rated sponsor licence. Question is,

The jobs offer is for same role, same SOC code, does the potential employer still need to conduct RLMT?

Many thanks for your time and help.

regards
Ann

yes, unless an exemption applies (shortage occupation, high earner)

Many thanks for your time and help.
