Sponsorship license renewal

Hi,

My employer submitted a sponsorship renewal application on 6th February. Till now they haven't received any notification or an email demanding any documents. Is this normal? The license expires on 4th May 2015, the application status says "In progress". We have recently noted that expiry date in the license summary(SMS) has been changed to 3rd May 2019. I am bit concerned as I am the only Tier 2 worker in the company.

Gurus, please advise.

If anyone had a renewal recently, can you please advise about the application processing time and the process?

I wonder, is there an option for auto-renewal on the SMS system ? Because I've no idea when my company licence expires and I'm thinking may be I should ask or remind the HR casually. Thanks.

UKVI send reminders at 4, 3, 2 and 1 months before the expiry date

UKBA will send an email notification 3 months before license expiry date.

Thanks. Apparently, one who has access to the SMS (the person who issued my CoS), has left the company and a new HR lady is in charge. What happens then?

My employer got the email today from UKBA and it took almost three months.
