Hi
I have few question if some one can please help
I am applying for ILR Set O
my wife is not applying as she has not passed english and life in uk, can she apply later as she has a valid visa until 2017
I got visa for my UK born baby in 2011 but did not apply for extension and visa is expired. Should i apply for him with me or i can apply for his passport later.

Wife may apply later.
Baby may skip applying for leave and register as a British citizen directly after a parent has been granted ILR.
