Hi,

Applying for Teir 1 General based ILR next week, Limited compnay directory with 100% ownership.

Date of first visa 06-05-2010
arrived in the Uk 23-07-2010 ( within 90 days - 78th day)
Current leave expires 15-06-2015 ( after extension)
Date of APPLICATION booked is 17-04 -2015 ( within 28 days of 06-05-2015 when i qualify with 90 days concession )

Documents prepared :
Earnings
1. 12 Salary slips certfied by accountant.
2. 4 dividend vouchers certified by accountant.
3. Accountant letter with salary and dividend earnings , my sole directorship and state of company, with ICAEW membership confirmed.

4. Limited company accounts for current year till date certified by accountant
5. Limited company registeration certificate
6 Limited company VAT registeration
7. Limited company bank accounts
8 . Persoanl bank accounts for incoming income ( salary and dividends)

Absences
9. Self explanation letter of absences ( no > 180 in any year )

Cohab
10. Different Utility bills for cohab and council tax bills
11 Child birth certificate and maternity records letters for cohab

KOLL
12. LIUK test certificates
13. Original degrees and PBS calc print out ( using Tier 2 general as Tier1 not in now)

Extra docs kept for backup
1. last 4 year p60s
2. last 2 SATR
3. Last Company CTAX return
4. Invoice summaries


Can some one please suggest if this looks fine ? Am I missing something crucial ?

Are you keeping any evidence for travel to from uk?
Donno but are you also providing e tickets etc?
Can you attach copy of absences from uk letter..

Hi,

Just to make the case more stronger I would suggest you to keep the record of all the previous tax paid.

In your case it might be corporation tax paid if you are operating ltd company.

Hello RKNSHree ... did you get the ILR? Any issues when you submitted PBS print for Tier 2 ?
