Need help in filling An form

Hi Everyone
I m going to apply for naturalisation this month, I got my ilr after 28 October 2014.
I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013. My question is do I still need to fill the the qulification section or just skip it?

Just answer 1.22 and then move to question 1.27. You can skip Questions 1.23 to 1.26 as they do not apply.
