That is very good news, congrats. I thought when its self employment they would just keep the documents and tell you to wait and then 6 months wait. But good to know that PEOs deciding some self employment cases as well without asking for more documents. This certainly means your case was well prepared and easy to understand. Would you tell me more about your application. How many points you needed from earnings, how many you covered with salary and how many from self employment. Is it mandatory to take all five year record with you? Was it through a solicitor? any more details you think could be relevant? Thanks

Hello,

I have totally got 85 Points.

Earnings - 45 (Salary+Dividends)
Education - 35
UK Exp - 5

Is it mandatory to take all five year record with you?
Answer : Yes Company Tax returns extremely important because you are working for that company.

Was it through a solicitor?
Answer: No (I feel they are not required in my case)

For self employee Tier1 ILR I think documents I have specified in my first thread would be sufficient. If you need any more information please let me know.

Thanks
Suresh
