Need Help URGENT PLZ

Hi

I need help as i cant get any good advise from any one. i am on tier2 general visa and my sponsor license has been revoked i have got curtailment letter for 60 days.
My wife is in UK on my dependant visa. and she is working full time. can she switch to tier 2(her employer got tier2 license) as a main applicant from my dependant and then i can apply as her dependent with in the UK.

I heard rules are changed you can apply with in the UK now.

Unfortunately no. It's for other visa categories. She would have to leave UK and apply for T2 General visa from home country. Check the link below, nothings changed in regards to this I think.

she needs a restricted cos and needs to apply from home country.
you can however change to her dependent within uk.

thank you guys. can you give me any suggestion in my case.

My curtailment is expiring on 05 June. i came in UK in Jan 2007 by 05 june it will be 8 years and 5 month in UK. so i need 1 year and 7 months to complete my 10 years.
can i apply FLR(O) or human right application for private and family life? or any other application if wont be able to find new sponsor.
