ILR Date confirmation for POE appointment

Hi Guys,

Can someone please advise what will be the earliest date I can apply for my ILR, information is below:

Tier 1 General
Entry Clearance stamped: 17 June 2010
Entered in UK within 90 days
Extension Valid until: 17 June 2015

Is it safe enough to book a POE appointment for 21st May 2015?

20 may is exactly 28 days before your 5th year completion day. So I guess you can apply on 20th May

My visa is also esexpiring on 16 June so I will book PEO on 21st May although I can book on 20th May actual 28 days before visa expiry but I will give an extra day to avoid any trouble So I advice that You can book on 22nd May rather than 21st May. When you have waited for 5 years so why not One day More. lol

if you apply exactly 28 days before the qualifying period then no trouble at all. I have seen an applicant whose Tier 1 visa issue date was 29 April 2010 and he has been successful on 1st April 2015 for ILR at PEO.
