3 year discritionary leave extension

Hi everybody
I need a advice regarding immigration health charges. I have 3 year discritionary leave which I got outside immigration rule with family now next month I have extend my leave. do I need to also pay Immigration health
Surcharges.

On what basis where you issued DLR ?

Thanks for reply I just got outside immigration rule.
Means Other reason not covered by immigration rule.
