NHS Surcharge

Post by meetravi » Mon Apr 13, 2015 10:39 am

I came across an article on NHS Surcharges to be implemented for the migrants from April 2015. Please let me know if the NHS Surcharge need to be paid for Tier 1 residents applying for ILR after April 2015 ? If so, please let me know how much should be paid.

It is not payable for people applying for ILR.

It is applicable for new entry clearance visas and for extension applications within in the UK.
