Tier 2 General Extension

Hello Friends and Experts,

In July 2013 I switched from PSW to Tier 2 General Visa as a new entrant (salary: £24,000/-) and got 3 years Visa.
In Feb 2014 I got promoted and moved to different role within the same organisation and my Job title changed from Test Analyst to Test Environment Analyst (Salary Increased to £27,750/-)

I am worried about below two points for my next extension which is in July 2016.

1) My Job Role/Title change from "Test Analyst" to "Test Environment Analyst", will it impact my Visa extension in anyway? Though the next extension is done by the same organisation. (Note: when i moved to new role, HR informed to home office regarding by role change, so that they can update their records).

2) For my next Tier 2 General visa extension, will I be classed as experienced and need to consider salary as per new SOC code? Or as it is the extension for another 2 years within the same organisation, I don't have to worry about salary.

As long as the job description remains same you should be alright. In case the job description changes you need to apply for a new visa.

2) For my next Tier 2 General visa extension, will I be classed as experienced and need to consider salary as per new SOC code? Or as it is the extension for another 2 years within the same organisation, I don't have to worry about salary.
