Contract Job Rate for .NET developer

I am in the UK on a working holidaymaker visa. Currently on my first job in this country which pays me £88 a day. I have total of 5 years experience in IT (3 in India - finance and banking/ 2 in the USA). 3 years in C#/ ASP .NET, 4 in MS SQL Server.

Would love to know what rates should I be looking at while I am searching for the next contract.

For a 5years exp with good working knowledge you shld get £350 a day on average.

I don't whether your visa is a problem to get good paying job
