Please dependent issue tier 2 general please expert advise

My One friend need help regarding his issue which has been mentioned below please help

My son is having cerebral Palsy and is dependant on me for his daily needs. I am being issued COS for Tier 2 General visa from my company. Can I take my son with me as dependant, he is over 18 years.

Unfortunately, no.

A ‘dependant’ is any of the following:

your husband, wife or partner
your child under 18
your child over 18 if they’re currently in the UK as a dependant
Read the guidance on dependant applications before you apply.

They’ll also have to pay the healthcare surcharge as part of your application.
