Tier 2 to ILR Section 6

Post by dad7 » Mon Apr 20, 2015 9:08 pm

I don't have single day out of UK during 5 years of qualifying period.
Do I have to provide a letter from my employer for the annual leave ? I am teacher and do have term time holidays. Your feedback is appreciated in advance.

Absence needs to be listed only if it has been outside the UK. If you have had holidays and not left the UK, you don't have any absence.

You don't need to justify absences within the UK. But your employer needs to list down your paid annual leaves as you are not supposed to be on unpaid leave on Tier 2.
