PBS DEPENDENT EXTENSION APPLICATION FORM HELP

Hi, I'm new in this forum and came to know from friends that this forum is so helpful. I just got ILR and going to apply for PBS dependent Tier 1 visa for my wife by post. She Came to UK on 2013. I have the following questions. Could someone please help me.

Application Form question:
M6; Has the PBS main applicant’s application been assessed in accordance with paragraphs
39 to 42 of the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review Policy Document?Yes Noans: No

N4; Do you intend to remain in the UK beyond the period of leave that your Spouse/Civil
Partner has or may be given?Yes NoAns: No

Also could you please clarify me the following for applying through post:

1. Can I just print the form and fill it up/do I need to fill it up the form online and then print.

2. Regarding payment section Can I give my credit card details as it on the form/ do I need to do postal order for it.

Your answer will be highly appreciable. Please clarify me its very urgent.

Hi Mate.

1. Hand filled form is much better then online. So print of the latest form and filled it by hand.

2. My honest suggestion would be use Postal order or debit card. In worst case use the Credit, seen few cases recently with family and forum these credit card companies some time block the transaction and case goes in jeopardy.

I think your both application questions M6 and N4 answers should be NO. what do you say Askhan. However I'm not senior so would recommend senior to comment on that.
