Hi, I am 1 months 22 days short of 10 year long residency. As per UKVI we can apply 28 days before 10 years, I'll still have 24 days gap.
I would have to apply for FLR (FP) for buying that 24 days time. The way UKVI deals with postal service, within 24 days maximum outcome of my application would be getting biometric enrolment letter.

My question is - Can I apply for ILR (LR) same day service when my FLR (FP) is pending ? If yes, how do I collect my Passport & BRP for PEO ?
