Unrestricted COS allocation

Hi Guys

I had to a question that i was confused about.

If my employer applied for an Unrestricted COS as they had 0 allocation, the Home Office asked them to provide details of any migrant already identified. They provided another migrant's details and were now allocated an Unrestricted COS.

Does the employer have to use the COS on that particular migrant (whose details were provided) or can they allocate it to another migrant, given that this is an Unrestricted COS.

Hi Guys,

One of company ready to sponsors visa and they are going to apply for the COS next month.
Job title is Production planning engineer and they will use Job code 2461 (NFQ Level 6).

1) Please could you tell me is this job comes in UK job shortage category?
2) How many COS points will I get with salary of £32k PA.?
3) Is there any chances of this COS approve?
