Hi,
I have just paid the immigration surcharege fee for my wife and son (visa category settlement-wife (+child)
Though I paid the correct fee for both £1200 i.e. 120,000 INR.
I created my wife as an lead applicant and then I added my son as dependent though system taken the correct amount but in the confirmation email only my wife name appears with IHS ref number not my son name, any idea why ?

can I assume one IHS reference for both ?
