Hi Experts.
Can I opt not to write in sections mentioned bellow and just write in columns (see attachment A/B/C/D). And attach separate attachment to HSMP Form. Please give answer as soon as possible. The mentioned sections are:

1.Part one. Section 1. Educational Background. (See Attachment – A)
2.Part one. Section 2. Work Experience. (See Attachment – B)
3.Part one. Section 4. Achievements. (See Attachment – C)
4.Part two. Section 7 to 11. Continue career in UK etc. (See Attachment – D)

Can any one tells me is there any form avalible in which I can write by computer.

Hi

What are the different official forms to be filled for HSMP ? Is only one form which is under 28 as i am in that range fine ??

I am applying for wife and kid too not sure how can i include them in this as i also asking for 10 points for spouse qualification

Pls help me and tell me how many forms to be filled and where can i got all those forms and what about including family or is it fine for one person and after HSMP clearnance we can apply for visa for dependent..

as per my info
1) one form whch is under 28
2) show the proof for marriage and other doc

after HSMP clearnace
apply for EC with wife and son included in that.. so mean to say they will be in consideration at the time of EC only ....

is it ok ??

Your have to fill HSMP form for youself only and attach the documents relating marriage as you are claiming 10 points for spouse. At the time of EC you can apply for you wife and kid.
