Apply ILR (long residence) based on the previous 10 years

Post by ninja.ho » Wed Apr 29, 2015 11:06 pm

Hi everyone

I have tried to read through this forum but did not find any similiar case to mine.
Hence, I really need some senior advice

I have completed 10 years but left UK then returned 1.5 years later with an entry clearance as a dependant on Tier 2

Any possibility of applying ILR on the basis of that 10 years? my spouse is a settled person now.

I have also try to read through the immigration law for 10 years LR but could not find any useful information to help and confirm whether the ILR application can be done on that basis...

cheers
