English Language requirement

Post by sathishspeaks » Sun May 03, 2015 7:08 pm

Hi,
I am about to apply for naturalisation using AN form.
One of my friend who booked appointment for application checking in south end was advised to get the NARIC process of English language checking using the degree certificate and medium of instruction certificate .
We have already proved English language requirement in Tier 1 extension and ILR.

Please confirm whether its a new requirement by the HMRC or its just mis interpretation by application checking office southend

requirement by the HMRC
Are you sure? Won't have much success submitting an application to HMRC I am afraid.

You need to meet the requirement for each stage of applications. Have you read the form AN to see the questions and what is required?

NARIC's statement of comparability and medium of instruction letter from university will be enough. Make sure statement of comparability clearly states that your degree is equal to British Bachelors degree.
