Tier 2 ICT to General

Hi,

I came to UK as Tier 2 Long Term Established staff in December 2010. I am changing job now and getting tier 2 General Visa. Is my time spent on ICT will count for ILR application? Or I need to spend another 5 years to get ILR?

Unfortunately, your time spent on T2 ICT is not counted for ILR. Once you moved in to T2 General, you need to spend 5 years in that visa category to gain ILR.
