ILR Settlement New Set O Form Qualification Assessment

Hello everyone
I am due to apply for ILR visa next month.I just checked New version of SET O form.I am holding UK Postgraduate Certificate in Science from UK University which is equivalent to UK bachelors degree. I used this qualification in previous Tier 1 General application to claim Qualification point (30 Points for bachelor degree).And at the time of previous Tier 1 general application,this qualification was on Point based calculator.But its not anymore!!
So,in new SET O form for qualification assessment section (Page 38/39), what option is applicable for me.?

i.e Qualification recognised on PBS and evidence submitted at time of previous application..?

My question is if HO awarded 30 point for this UK Post-graduate Certificate in science at time of my previous tier 1 general application, Can i use same qualification for my ILR visa even its not on PBS anymore.? Please Help
