tier1 entrepreneur visa refused

hi all
Please guide me what to do next

tier1 entrepreneur psw route was applied on 20th march 2014
50k was funded by third party in india
on 1st june application was rejected due to on 3rd party declaration letter applicant signature was missing

appealed on 5th june
appeal hearing was on 3rd feb 2015

20th march appeal was rejected by tribunal reason was in PBS system applicant is responsible to make sure all documents are correct and signed.

28th march seek the permission from tribunal to lodge an appeal to upper tribunal

7th may permission to lodge an appeal in upper tribunal was rejected too.

can any one help me out like what are the chances and what can i do ...

@ shahid1, have you consider reapplying if your business is actively trading and you can then correct the mistake in your first application.
