ILR income earnings period

Hi

I am applying for my ILR on 08.06.15 under tier 1 general route in person.
I am claiming from the period of 01.04.2014 to 31.3.15.

I have checked it falls under 14 months and we are allowed to claim any 12 months in subsequent previous 15months period...

Hope I am good to go..

I hope this shouldnt be a problem. I applied at PEO couple of weeks back with March 2014 to Nov 2014 salary and got it approved successfully without any question.

I am applying too on 8th of June and showing earning from 1.4.2014 till 31.3.2015, which falls within 15 months of earning. This is just to make it easy to cover personal tax year. PM me which POE are you going ?

Hi ,

My only concern is the word immediately preceeding the date of application as in your case it's 08-06-2015. Can be asked questions by CW for not including the current months before application. My suggestion ::: make it simple while ending your equation on 31-05-2015 if it's possible

I have checked on the form and we can claim within previous 15months for a continuous 12months period.


Don't think case worker should have a problem with it
