Sorry if I'm repeating.
I lived in UK for 6 years and I'm planning to settle with ILR after I will reach 10 years. I holding Tier 2 at the moment which will expire in July 2015. I'm planning to leave the UK for 3 month after July and apply for Tier 4 (student visa) and come back in October 2015. I won't have any overstay with expired visa. I won't just have a valid visa in this gap.
Will my continuity break because I won't hold valid visa for this time?
I will appreciate all thoughts
