ILR 5 year, tier1 dependent + tier2 General valid?

Post by janki » Thu May 14, 2015 10:04 am

Hi,

I came to uk in Sept2010 as Tier1 general dependent (HSMP dependent). I got tier2 General(sponsored) in 2012 March as separated from my husband.
Will I be eligible to count 5 years of continue time for PR end of this year or I need to be consistent in tier2 general only which will finish 5 yeras later than that. I dont have much holidays so its consistent.

So in 5 years, I can count my tier1 Dependent + tier 2 general main applicant ? Or it has to be just tier2 general main applicant years only.

Thanks
Janki

You will need 5 years residence on Tier 2 General to qualify for ILR and you will qualify in 2017.
