Tier 2 ilr query

Hi all
quick question what will dependants status if I apply ilr alone and then apply for dependant once my application goes through?
Will it be a set o or set m for the dependant?
Dependant on Tier 2 dependant since July 2010 have valid visa till July 2016

No change, dependents visa will still be valid. When dependent applies for ILR it will be form SET(O).

Just want to check if it same applies for Tier 2 ICT dependant as well?

I am planning to change my visa status from Tier2 ICT to ILR in Aug 2015.
My wife and child are on Tier 2 ICT dependant visa in UK. They are yet to meet the criteria of 5 years to apply for ILR.
hence I am applying ILR for myself.

My dependants are on Tier 2 ICT dependant visa is valid till sep 2017.

I have spoken to my current employer and they advised that my Tier2 ICT sponsorship visa will be cancelled once I change the visa status to ILR.

1. Does it mean that my wife and child Tier2 ICT sponsorship dependant visa sponsored by Employer becomes invalid as well? My employer is not interested to look into this information. can you please help on this.

2. if the dependant tie2 ict visa becomes Invalid, what form should I use to apply extension for them?
