I would like to ask if anyone can help me. My friend is planning to switch to Tier 2 visa from Tier 4. She is currently looking for a sponsor as a nurse. However, her current visa has prohibited work conditions. Moreover, her case officer said she can work except for work placement which is required by her course. She was employed for a year under this Tier 4 visa but is now unemployed for 3 months. She is quite worried if ever she will switch to Tier 2 visa and if the UKVI will check her NI number if she has worked even if she has prohibited work conditions. Do you have any suggestions on what she can do? Thank you.
