fiance visa aapplication online confusing choice

hi everyone,
i filled the application form online for a fiance visa on the website and i could not see FIANCE choice on the list . i called Visa UK and the guy said i have to write SETTLEMENT first choice and then second choice SETTLEMENT again and then third choice i had to write is MARRIAGE. I wonder if its right, because im not a spouse and not married yet. i am going to UK to get married and settle there. Can someone tell me if its right?
